Large size flux printing is a time taken job to complete the work for this purpose most of the plotter operators preferred these works in night time and they are wasting the time with personal chitchats. For that reason, we designed a software job tracking and as well plotter running hours based on his man hours only, we are paying the payment. Our Plotter & Print Monitoring (PPM) were set in order to assess each employee’s performance based on various dimensions and job perspectives.
